New Bohemia Wurst and Bier House is the transformation of a traditional bier hall into what we like to call the "New American Craft Bier Hall" pouring 36 of the finest local and International Craft beers in the country. New Bohemia features over 24 different all natural sausages made from whole cuts of meat, no artificial flavoring, and zero nitrates. Our sausages are made right here in Minnesota. Buns and pretzels made by hand in the traditional German style. Fries are hand-cut everyday and all sauces, mustards and topping are made fresh in every restaurant.

Was not a fan of my chili hot dog... it was barely edible the dog was too large and the chilli was gross even the bread was bad. I ate some of it since i paid but i hated it

Hands down one of my favorite places! Matt is amazing! He recommend the perfect beers for us! Try the Juicy Lucy Brat!

I've been to several New Bohemia locations and this one has great service. The food and beer is always great. This one is unique because it has a patio and garage doors/walls that they open when the weather is ideal. They also have bike racks on the side which was convenient when we rode there. Overall a great spot to try some different meats in dog form or craft beer. Plenty of sports on large TVs most of the time too.

We do have Gluten free options, many of our sausages are gluten free as well as our French fries. We do cook with flour in the kitchen so there is always a chance of cross contamination for those with a very high gluten sensitivity. Any of our staff members would be happy to assist you in choosing something off our menu to fit your dietary requirements.

I've never tried to bring food to another restaurant. You should give it a go and let us know ?

In addition to what Mike said, they have $1 pints Tuesday 5-6pm and $3 Summit pints Wednesday 7-10pm.
